TAUNA DEAN

Tauna is a dedicated People leader with 20 years of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Social Impact Strategy experience.  She was a Founding member of adidas’ Global Talent Acquisition function in Germany as well adidas’ first in-house Executive Search Team in North America. Tauna also started adidas’ U.S based Social Purpose & Social Impact function in 2016, resulting in the launch of the Global Purpose competency across all markets in 2019. Additionally, Tauna held the role of Global Purpose Head of Brand Partners, managing top creator partnerships with Beyonce’s BeyGOOD, Pharrell's Black Ambition plan and Kanye West’s charitable giving. She’s a skilled global and local non-profit partnership expert, championing the work of non-profits including the NAACP, National Urban League, U.S Soccer Foundation, Girls on the Run, Athlete Ally, GoodSports, Points of Light Foundation, Up2US Sports, Common Goal, StoneWall UK, Soles4Souls and the Watts Empowerment Center.  

The culmination of these unique experiences has landed Tauna at the perfect intersection of her dual career path and was ultimately the catalyst for the launch of Kind World Collective. Tauna’s passion for identifying top-talent coupled with her rare experience of personally creating and leading Social Impact / CSR / ESG functions herself, positions her as an industry-leading expert for both mission-driven start-ups as well as brands and corporations who are committed to accelerating the pace of positive change in the world.
